Mini-skewers of red pepper preserves, chorizo and small sweet potatoes

Ingredients: 
24 mini chorizo sausages
6 small sweet potatoes
1 red pepper
12 skewers of 12 cm
Recept: 

Cut the peppers, remove the seeds and place them in a pan of hot oil to preserve. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Peel the sweet potatoes and let them cook in a pan of boiling water for 10 minutes. Then cut them the quarters.
To assemble the skewers: alternate pieces of potato, the chorizo and rolled-up pieces of pepper. Brown on the barbecue for about 10 minutes. Bon appetite!
