Kiwi fruit filled with crab
Ingredients:
4 large kiwi fruits
3.5 oz. (100 g) of crab meat
2.6 oz. (75 g) of small pink shrimp
lemon juice
4 chive stalks
a pinch of curry
freshly ground salt and pepper
herb vinaigrette
Recept:
Cut the cap from the kiwi fruits. Spoon out the flesh without damaging the peel and put it aside in a bowl. Mix it with the herb vinaigrette, the crab meat, the shrimp, the lemon juice, the pepper and the salt. Add curry and mix well. Fill the kiwi fruits Garnish with the chopped chives and serve chilled.
