Duck breast and apricot extravaganza
Ingredients:
2 breasts of duck
5 apricots
Provençal herbs
salt and ground pepper
mini kebab skewers
Recept:
Cut the duck breast into small pieces. Sauté them in a pan for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the skin of the apricots with a knife and cut them into slices. Prepare skewers by alternating pieces of duck breast with apricot slices. Heat the skewers in a pan for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Provençal herbs, then salt and pepper. Serve hot.
